TERMS & CONDITIONS

By booking the holiday premises YOU AGREE to be bound by these terms and conditions and accept full responsibility for yourself as well as any guests, children, dogs and visitors at the holiday premises during your stay.

1. ABOUT US & THE HOLIDAY PREMISES

1.1 Love me Love my Dog is an internet based short stay holiday booking agency. We cannot & do not inspect the holiday premises listed on this site and in good faith we rely solely on the information, descriptions, ocations and photographs provided by the owner/s of the holiday premises.

1.2 Love me Love my Dog has advertised and accepts bookings in good faith relying upon the information, photographs & descriptions provided by the owner/s

1.3 Love me Love my Dog accepts no responsibility for inaccuracies or errors of description: although we try to ensure that all information is correct and ask that you raise any discrepancies with us so that we may raise these with the owner/s

2. THE AGREEMENT

2.1 Love me Love my Dog is not a party to the agreement to let the holiday premises.

2.2 You agree that you have entered into this agreement with the owner of the holiday premises.

2.3 You agree that in the event of being unable to resolve a dispute with the owner concerning this agreement, the holiday premises or the bond you will lodge an Application in the General Division of the NSW Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal naming the owner as the Respondent to proceedings.

3. THE BOND

3.1 You agree that a credit card imprint of $500.00 be taken as a bond and will be retained by Love me Love my Dog for the duration of your stay.

3.2 You agree that any breakages and damage to the holiday premises must be paid for and can be duducted on behalf of the owner from the $500.00 held by Love me Love my Dog.

3.3 You hereby authorise Love me Love my Dog to deduct further amounts from the credit card held for any cleaning costs, breakages and damages that may exceed the $500 bond held.

3.4 You agree that the $500.00 will not be returned to you by Love me Love my Dog until the owner has authorised its return at the end of your stay at the holiday premises

3.5 You agree that in the event of a dispute with the owner concerning the return of the bond that such a dispute can be determined by your lodgement of an Application in the General Division of the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal, naming the owner as the Respondent to those proceedigns.

3.6 You agree thet Love me Love my Dog may retain the bond on trust until such time as an agreement has been reached between you and the owner or orders have been made by Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal directing that the owner return monies to you.

3.7 Love me Love my Dog agrees to pay out any monies from the bond in satisfaction of any orders that may be made by the Consumer Trader and Tenancy Tribunal against the owner of the holiday premises.

4. USE OF THE HOLIDAY PREMISES

4.1 You agree: to use the holiday premises for normal residential purposes only, and not to use the holiday premises, or cause or permit the holiday premises to be used for any commercial purpose, and not to use the holiday presmises or cause or permit the holiday premises to be used, for any illegal prupose and not to cause or permit a nuisance, and not not to interfere, or cause or permit interference, with the reasonable peace, comfort or privacy of neighbours.

4.2 You agree: that you will not smoke inside the premises, nor will you cause or permit the smoking of others inside the premises.

4.3 You agree: that you will not rearrange or change around furniture, bedding or furnishings within the holiday premises.

4.4 You agree: that you will not intentionally or negligently cause or permit damage to the holiday premises.

4.5 You agree: that you are responsible for the actions of others who are at the holiday premises with your consent, and that your are responsible for your own belongings kept in the holiday premises during your stay.

5. CONDITION OF THE PREMISES

5.1 The owner warrants that the holiday premises are in a tidy & reasonably clean condition and free of damage at the commencement of your stay. You agree to leave the holiday premises in the same condition at the end of your stay.

5.2 If you disagree that the premises are tidy and reasonably clean and free of defects at the commencement of your stay it is yur responsibility to immediately notify Love me Love my Dog by telephone, email or by facsimile of any discrepancy or item of damage.

5.3 You understand that if you fail to notify Love me Love my Dog of any disagreement with the owners/s' warranty that the holiday premises are in a tidy and reasonably clean condition and free of damage, you could be deemed to have been caused during your occupation of the holiday premises.

5.4 You agree that the cost of any cleaning and/or repair costs can be deducted from your bond and if the bond is insufficient to cover costs you agree to any additional amounts being deducted from your credit card without further notice to you: (See also clause 3 Bond above).

6 MOST IMPORTANT PET FRIENDLY CONDITIONS

6.1 You agree: to be responsible for any dogs on the holiday premises during your stay and in particular that only well behaved and supervised dogs are allowed inside the holiday premises;and dogs are not to be locked inside if you are away from the holiday premises from time to time.

6.2 You agree: to hose down areas of grass where dogs have urinated;and pick to pick up and dispose of any doggie doos left by dogs at the holiday premises.

6.3 You agree: to treat your dog/s for fleas and ticks prior to your stay at the holiday premises;and that your dog/s' vaccinations are up to date adn you will provide a copy of your dog/s' vaccination records at time of booking.

6.4 Love me Love my Dog will not allow dogs on the holiday premises that are vicious; and/or that are excessive barkers (although we do understand that dogs bark from time to time); and/or that are 'dangerous dogs' as defined in section 5 of the Companion Animals Act 1998.

7. BOOKINGS

7.1 Love me Love my Dog only accepts credit card payments for bookings. Your booking can only be secured when full payment is received by us. The is a $50.00 non-refundable administration fee.

7.2 Deposits are requied in advance for the Christmas/January school holiday's period and full payment must be made one month prior to your holiday date. Full payment is requirement at time of booking for other holiday periods.

7.3 Love me Love my Dog will issue you with a written confirmation of your booking, information, directions and a trust account receipt for all monies.

7.4 Love me Love my Dog makes all bookings in good faith and cannot accept responsibility for actions taken by the Owner wishing to cancel the agreement.

7.5 Love me Love my Dog reserves the right to cancel any booking at any time for whatever reason provided 30 days notice is give, all monies paid by you will be refuded less a $50.00 administration fee.

8. REFUND POLICY

8.1 If you need to cancel your booking your are required to give us 30 days written notice of your intention. Provided the full 30 days notice is given, all monies paid by you will be refunded less a $50.00 administration fee.

8.2 If you fail to give 30 days notice you will not be entitled to return of monies paid. However Love me Love my Dog will take all reasonable steps to relet the holiday premises for the same period at the same rate and if we are successful we will gladly refund you monies less the $50.00 asministration fee.

9. GARBAGE

9.1 You agree to place all garbage in the outside garbage bins provided.

9.2 If your stay at the holiday premises falls on a collection day it is your responsibility to put the bins out for collection: (there is a notice on the fridge indicating what days are the appropriate collections days).

9.3 If garbage is left at the premises at the end of your stay you will be charged a $50.00 removal fee, which will be deducted from your bond.

It's free to send you details for appraisal to be listed for holiday rental bookings on this site. There is a strict Love Me Love My Dog Code, that all houses must pass before they can be accepted. This site is a Holiday Bookings Site. Our aim is to get you more bookings. All bookings taken on your behalf. A fee is charged to the owner of the house for this service. A $50.00 booking and administration fee is chared to the tenant at time of booking. Owners of the houses still property manage their own houses. Can do own bookings when required, arrange for cleaning, mowing, repairs. Owners are still responsible for their own houses.
