There is a sofa bed in the third room which can be used as a bed by arrangement. This room opens out onto a wonderful sunny deck with an outside seating arrangement.
The large deck runs from the back room and is easy accessed through new wooden glass doors. The deck is surrounded by a courtyard garden and a bank of large trees which includes gums, olives and jacarandas. A pleasant spot to sit and enjoy the birds singing in the mature trees or to sip a glass of wine with your friends.
There is parking for two cars on the property, more if required.
There is a laundry with washing machine, one new bathroom and two toilets.

Public transport is almost at the door and local shopping with IGA supermarket, banks, cafes and child care facilities a pleasant short walk away.

Great stopping off point for a Western Australian holiday or as a base whilst attending corporate meetings or university conferences

All in all a very pleasant place to stay in a comfortable environment just like home with local attractions and amenities nearby.
