The bathroom is fully renovated with separate shower, spa bath and overhead heating. There is a new 400 litre hot water system. Separate toilet. The kitchen has hot plates, fan-forced wall oven with warming oven, microwave oven, fridge, crockery, cutlery, glasses.

TV, CD/stereo, radio, video, gas barbecue, washing machine, clothes dryer, iron, ironing board, pegs, covered outdoor entertainment area with outdoor furniture.

The house is dog-friendly. There is a big back yard that is fully fenced. Leads, dog bowls and pet toys are available. If your dog doesn't come inside, there is a covered area next to house for dogs to sleep in. House-trained dogs most welcome inside. Doggy bags supplied.
