One of the best kept secrets on the Great Ocean Road, Peterborough is an unspoilt little village placed between the spectacular Twelve Apostles to the East and The Bay of Martyrs to the West.
The house is very comfortable, with modern furnishings, a combined kitchen and sitting room upstairs complete with a large open fireplace and a deck looking onto the beach and river. Downstairs is another sitting room with a deck going onto to an enclosed garden.

Please note that the house fits a maximum of 9 people including children. As the garden is secure the house is pet friendly.
There is a TV, DVD player, CD player and an I Pod docking station. The house is fully equipped with bedding,and crockery and all your kitchen needs. Linen supplied for stays of 5 nights or more. There are bathrooms on both levels with separate toilets.There is a fully functional laundry and garage.

If you want to do anything more active than walking and swimming, there is a seaside golf course, a picnic area beside Curdies River and plenty of fishing opportunities in the river and sea. There are also tennis courts at Peterborough. At the house you will find a ping-pong table, golf clubs, tennis rackets and a croquet set. The large lawn is great for croquet or backyard cricket. Further afield, Warnambool, the biggest town in the Western Districts, has a fine Maritime Museum and an adventure playground. About 20 mins away is Timboon, which has a supermarket and butcher. Here you can pick your own strawberries or visit the Timboon Cheese Factory. There are also vineyards and farms in the areas that welcome visitors.
