THE TERRACE GROVE (available school holidays only) holiday house sleeps 9 comfortably with 1 queen bedroom / ensuite, 1 double and another queen bedroom. The TV rumpus room has 1 double bed bunk with single above and a double futon mattress that can be rolled out onto the floor. The spacious living area has air conditioning and a gas heater that will make this a comfy holiday in any weather. This light and open home surrounds a courtyard and large sheltered BBQ area and the fully fenced garden and rear courtyard make it ideal for children and pets.

The main bathroom has a shower over the bath and the separate toilet is off the large laundry.

There are plenty of games, books and CDs to enjoy and space for the whole family to relax.

THE STUDIO WEEKENDER is available all year - a separate queen bedroom with a luxury ensuite and small kitchenette with some catering facilities but no cooking facilities. It has it's own private courtyard with access to the BBQ and larger garden courtyard of The Terrace Grove. TV and surround sound audio makes it a great spot for two for a relaxed weekend away.

Off-street parking is available for up to 3 cars.
