Rear garden is fully fenced off from front for your (agreed) pet or to protect children & there is plenty of playing area under trees & on lawn. Dining table seats 8; kitchen table seats 6. We request no smoking in the house please. Two outdoor dining settings sit total 10. Town water. Small pet welcome, on certain conditions, after discussion between us. All year round there is a dog, leash-free beach at Cameron's Bight, Blairgowrie - the front beach, in the next little township, 10 minutes away by car. No 'Schoolies' type groups thanks.
