Set amongst 38 acres of natural bushland with access to your very own landscaped private river front with concrete boat ramp you will find 4 beautifully presented cottages.

Each cottage is fully self-contained and has 3 bedrooms, a spacious lounge/dining/kitchen area and can comfortably accommodate up to 8 people.

All linen is supplied and provisions are left for Tea/Coffee/Milk and Biscuits.

Each cotage has a large TV and DVD/VCR with a huge selection of movies available to borrow, free of charge. Books, games and pencils are also provided for the kids.

Cottages have reverse cycle air conditioning and are surrounded by a large verandah with undercover parking, own gas BBQ and outdoor setting.

A large bonfire area is situated centrally to all 4 cottages and a playground on our huge grassed oval.

Situated on the Sturt Highway opposite the Big Orange.

The property is perfect for a family getaway or a group of families getting together. The accommodation and entire property is ideal for children with a larged lawn oval and playgroung equipment.

Small to medium dogs are permitted by prior arrangement only please. Pets are not allowed on furniture and must be on a leash at all times when walking around the property. A $100 bond applies when accompanied by a pet.
