A large sliding door opens out onto the front balcony, while another large glass door leads out onto a sheltered rear balcony that looks out to the sand dunes and pastures that hug the Robe coastline.

Downstairs offers a second living area with couches, Plasma TV, stereo and a cosy Wood Fire. Two additional bedrooms offer a queen bed and two single beds. A second spacious bathroom offers a large rain shower, vanity, toilet and laundry facilities.
