Placed atop of the hill at gorgeous Encounter Bay this house provides for a wonderfully relaxing holiday.

Sit on the upstairs balcony & enjoy the fabulous views of Victor & The Bluff. Sip tea in the morning amid the lovely four poster king size bed & fall in love with the sea views. There is an ensuite and walk in robe for your convenience. (Sheets are provided for the kingsize bed ONLY).

The open plan kitchen has all the basic necessities you require (including walk in pantry & large dining area).

Take the opportunity to enjoy the lovely rural setting from the breakfast bar...& on various days you can sip your coffee while watching the cows in the field or (in warmer weather) the kangaroos bounding along.

Downstairs you'll find two queensize beds,two sofa double beds & two camp beds (please supply own linen), a laundry (fit with washing machine, iron & vaccum cleaner) & a bathroom and lounge area (books, tv and magazines supplied).

Please take the opportunity to view the interesting array of mermaids both inside & outdoors of the home (please do not handle them).

A games / family room provides fun and entertainment with a pool table and small air hocky table. There is a full size fridge for you to store your drinks while you use the bar facilities to pour the them ready to take out to the lazy deck. On the deck is a 6 person outdoor heated spa, a four seat outdoor setting and ofcourse, more of those lovely views.

The fully fenced rear yard is large enough to kick around a soccer ball or provide running space for your beloved pet. While this is a pet friendly rental, please DO NOT allow animals on any of the furniture inside the home. While there is a fence and a gate, you are responsible in ensuring your pet is confined to the property at all times (esp on NYE).
