It’s only 4 km’s away from Clare Town Centre and Spring Gully conservation park, 3 km from Neagles Rock Lookout and the visitor Information Centre is only 2 km down the street.

The house is all new, as is everything in it.

The Clare View House is also completely accessible for disabled and wheelchairs, with wide door openings, wide showers and toilets with brackets, level floors with ramps and a partly adapted kitchen for the use of people in a wheelchair. Pets are negotiable.
