Adelaide Beaches Holiday Villas offer 3 large luxury, 2-storey Townhouses in the West Beach area.

Close to the beach, golf and shopping, each townhouse can comfortably accommodate six to eight people -
so, book one or book them all!

All apartements are fully equipped with linen including sheets, towels and beach towels.

These modern, well appointed beach houses are all situated next door to each other & each one has luxurious appointments including a large spa bath to the main bathroom!

The beach houses are serviced by a wifi hotspot and mobile phone communication is generally very good at this location.

So whether it is a quite getaway for 2 or a family reunion for 20, you can't go past the Adelaide Beaches Holiday Villas.

Bed & Bath
At the rear of the ground floor, overlooking the fully fenced courtyard is the ground floor bedroom, with a queen sized bed. A bathroom - including a shower, toilet and hand basin - is located adjacent to this bedroom. Upstairs, the main bedroom offers a king size bed, the second bedroom with a queen bed and third bedroom can either be prepared as a double bed or as two single beds depending on your requirements.

The main bathroom with spa bath and a separate powder room are adjacent to theses bedrooms.

All villas are provided as self contained accommodation for 8 people. However, if you have a large group, we can provide extra trundle beds for one or two more guests .... the maximum number of guests permitted in each property is 10.

Living
There is a large living area with Plasma TV, and DVD player and a separate dining area in each Villa.
Each stylish home also includes a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave oven. Complimentary tea and coffee is also provided for you.

A separate laundry with a washing machine and dryer, and full sized ironing board and iron is also there for your convenience.
