The home can be fully opened up to the beautiful coastal breezes of the sunshine coast.

The pool is amazing with Australia's second highest rock formation Mt Coolum as its back drop. It is also solar heated for those cooler months.

There is also a 5 seater spa which can be set to 40 degrees great in June/July.

Bring your laptop to watch dvds/movies, HDMI cable is hooked up.

Theres a huge hand made lounge/daybed to sink into and watch all your faviourite tv shows along with a nintendo wii to keep the family entertained..

The kitchen is designed so you can all sit around the "chef" while he/she whips up a gourmet feast..

The mainbedroom pavillion overlooks the pool, with walkin shower, wir and alternate outdoor bathroom, with stone bath.

Bedroom 2,3 have queensize 4 poster beds with 2 single pullout beds for extra guests. .

Also the lounge can sleep 4. (It is Huge!!)

This works well for 2 large families sharing the home together that dont need separate bedrooms, and makes a family holiday more affordable.
