The Harvester Home Complex consists of the Homestead Apartment and the Harvester Annexe. The published tariff is based on 8 persons in the Homestead Apartment, using existing bedding. The Harvester Annexe sleeps 7 in existing bedding and is used as an adjunct to the Homestead Apartment when extra accommodation is required. Additional costs per bedroom apply. The annexe cannot be booked separately. The combined accommodation sleeps up to 15 persons in existing bedding with extra persons on request.

The contemporary 4 bedroom Homestead Apartment is fully self contained, sleeping up to 8 persons in existing bedding and has fans, air conditioners, security screens, a large laundry with dressing area, hanging rail and washing machine & dryer, a desk area in the foyer, separate toilet & bathroom. The apartment is ceramic tiled throughout and has two outdoor patio areas overlooking the gardens. The 3 Bedroom Harvester Annexe has handicapped bathroom facilities and is wheelchair friendly. The unit has fans, air conditioners, security insect screens and ceramic tiles. The bathroom, toilet area has a washing machine and dryer. The undercover entertainment area which separates the apartments features an open air, fully equipped kitchen with gas hotplates, electric oven, BBQ, fridge and a range of appliances. Dining tables & chairs, plenty of comfortable seating and ceiling fans create a casual ambience overlooking the large saltwater pool, fish pond, child's cubby house & swingset, tropical gardens and mountains beyond.
