A 2 min walk and just 2 streets back from either Tamarama or Bronte Beach with a lovely view of the cliffs, the surf and the sea. The secluded street, the cul-du-sac, the winding path through Tamarama Gully to the beach makes this place a hidden gem.

This house is very welcoming and comfortable. The open plan living and dining area is very generous, light filled and great for entertaining. The backyard, the beautiful garden and decked courtyard extend this sense of space and is ideal for those long summer nights. Beds and TV lounge are all very comfortable. Bathroom has been recently renovated. The kitchen is very well equipped, functional but run down.

The local Bondi Road shops are a 5-10 min walk. They offer by day top quality seafood, organic butcher, fab fruit n veg and the best chocolate shop in the east. By night you can choose from several wine and tapas bars. Or take the short walk along the coastal footpath to Bronte Beach where the selection of top quality restaurants and cafes will make you want to try them all! Then there's the coastal walks to Bondi and Coogee and the endless selection of parks and where do we want to swim? My personal favourite is Tamarama Beach on a clear and still day where the rock pools beckon.
