Calm Waters Waterfront Cottages are 5 delightfully restored 1940s holiday cottages nestled on 1 acre of private waterfront land in the heart of Sussex Inlet.

Each cottage is fully self contained with all modern convenience. Polished timber floors inside lead to your own verandah overlooking the crystal clear waters of the inlet.

There is ample room at Calm Waters for on-site parking and group recreational activities with a wood barbeque in the central park area. Friendly kangaroos often laze under the shady trees overlooking the calm waters of Sussex Inlet.

Boat Hire:

Calm Waters can offer you a $25hp Pontoon Boat Hire. The boat seats 10 and features a Bimini Cover, helm steering and plenty of storage. Hire of the pontoon boat is an easy walk on walk off operation, the boat is moored adjacent to the cottages.

What better way to spend a lazy day exploring the many small beaches in the area and enjoying a swim in the clear waters or a meal onboard.
