The Lounge room has a TV with DVD player, stereo and DVD'S, boards games and booksmagazines. Great size yard for the kids to play and plenty space for cars and boats. It's great for couples or families.

Spend the morning soaking up the sun whilst fishing from the beach or river and the afternoons relaxing at the many nearby wineries or simply kick back under the large covered entertaining area with BBQ and outdoor setting.

Those wanting a more active holiday could start with a game of golf only 500m walk from the house or spend days involved in the variety of water sports such kiaking, surfing, jet skiing, etc. Shoalhaven Heads offers an outstanding patrolled surf beach in summer as well as excellent fishing in the river.
