Comfortably furnished accommodation comprising of two bedrooms upstairs, providing sleeping arrangements for up to 6 persons.

Living room with tv and dvd, kitchen with microwave, laundry with washing machine and extra toilet.

Small courtyard at rear with gas barbeque.

As you step off the driveway onto Ocean Street,you walk past the children's playground, the convenience shop and cafes and find yourself on the beach in under five minutes.

Relax on the sand at Mollymook Beach or stroll with your dog around the headland to explore the rock pools.
Be sure to keep an eye out for dolphins, which are frequently seen in the area.
