This home provides all the essentials; surround sound TV/DVD/CD, Auststar, internet, fully appointed kitchen, dishwasher, microwave and ample appliances.

Help yourself to the herb garden and vege patch. The rear yard is fully fenced and the rear courtyard has an outdoor garden setting, barbeque and outdoor shower.

This home is tucked away but yet an easy walk to all the local amenities. Walk onto one beach and a short stroll to yet another. Woollumboola Lake in just around the corner and only minutes from coffee outlets and local shopping. Just like the movie, Mandalay is paradise.

Culburra Beach has two surf/swimming beaches (Culburra and Warrain Beach), patrolled by surf life guards in the Christmas/New Year holidays and is also close to the Crookhaven River, Lake Wollumboola and Curleys Bay. It is the perfect location for swimming, fishing, surfing, snorkeling, sailing, boating or just walking on the magnificent beach or headlands.

Although Culburra is a true holiday haven, away from the traffic, crowds and bustle it also offers easy access to shops and services: tennis courts, Bowling Club, Chinese restaurant, pizzeria, cafes, bottle shop, bakeries, petrol stations, Post Office, video shop, two supermarkets, chemist, fishing tackle & bait shop, surf shop, and ATMS.
