BURRILL LAKE HOUSE

Lakeview Dr., Burrill Lake. This great holiday house is fully fenced with a lock up garage. The house is air conditioned, consists of 2 living areas. One queen size bedroom with ensuite & shower. Second bedroom has a double bed, plus fould up bed if needed for a child. The third reoom has a single bed. There is a second bathroom with shower plus a third shower and loo in the external laundry. Comfy house with 2 TV with DVD's.

The lake is peaceful and provides safe swimming for both dogs and humans. Appox 1.5-1.8 meters deep off end of the jetty. The ladder for the jetty end is in the garage. There is an 8 knot limit on Bungalow Bay making swimming, canoeing and sailing relatively safe from power boating on the main lakes.

Fishing is good in the bay and adjoining main lakes.

The property has a boat ramp in the lake and private jetty. There is a 5 min max walk to the local cafe, great coffee & food. Newsagents, and convenience store. 10 mins to the bottle shop, fishing tackle store and what some regard as the best fish & chips takeaway on the south coast. The fish is local, fresh and of high quality. It's a 10-15 min walk to Burrill beach via the channel foreshore and parkland. $50 booking fee applies
