Set on 40 acres of native bushland and paddocks we welcome groups and families to relax and enjoy bushwalking, bike riding, native flora and fauna. Children can play in the tree house, on the trampoline, tyre swing and feed the animals, collect eggs and play a game of cricket.

We have 4 cottages, the Lavender cottage with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, The Pottery cottage with two bedrooms with ensuites, The Orchard with one large bedroom upstiars and the Studio cottage with queen bedroom with ensuite and loft with 2 single beds. All cottages have claw foot baths, slow combustion fires, fully equipped kitchens and bush settings. The Pottery and Studio are fully fenced for pets.

Little Forest is located 20 minutes from Mittagong, 15 minutes from Bowral and 20 minutes to Berrima. There are many local golf courses, wineries, antique centres and book stores. Cafes and specialist shops offer unique and quality merchandise to suit all tastes. Govenor Macquarie camped at Little Forest in 1820 and the Studio is built from convict hewn sandstone. The original slab hut, the Lavender cottage with original stone floor in the dining room has been extended and renovated over the years to provide a comfortable venue for small groups and families to gather.

Little Forest farmstay offers a convenient location for group gatherings, family holidays and romantic couples to enjoy a country bushland setting close to major cities. Wedding parties, writing weekends, meditation and artist events have been hosted in the last 12 months. Overseas visitors or locals who need accommodation for weeks or months are easily accommodated.
