Property Details

The Purple Place is located right on the beach in Wooli. Walk out the back gate and up the dune for your own private sitting area with views out to sea (great for whale watching and dolphin spotting) or over the river and national park. To preserve the dune we choose to use the public beach access, 20 mtrs away. Unwind in the hammock or set up the swing for the kids, even in the height of summer the shady trees make the fenced backyard an inviting place to be (we think it's the best backyard in Wooli).

The Purple Place features 3 bedrooms.
Bedroom 1 has a QS bed
Bedroom 2 has a single and KS bunk (single flat sheets work well)
Bedroom 3 is outside off the porch with a couch, second TV and a QS bed, providing the perfect place for another couple.
The kitchen has everything you could need, including a breadmaker (BYO breadmix for a wonderful breakfast treat), stove top coffee percolator and plunger (good coffee on holidays is a must so don't forget your favourite grind), dishwasher and microwave.

The large bathroom has a supersized washing machine, 2nd Fridge for all the fish you will catch (or beer you will drink to make yourself forget about the fish you didn't catch) and a dryer. The shower is amazing.

For rainy days there is a TV with DVD and video player, a stereo with ipodmp3 connector, a record player and records as well as some cd's that we have put together for your enjoyment. There is a 2nd TV in the outside room which is perfect for a games consol.

Off street parking is available for a boat and car.

The house has recently been renovated with modern appliances, polished floors, comfy beds and lots of pillow. Doonas and blankets are supplied but you must BYO LINEN (SHEETS, PILLOWCASES AND TOWELS).


The Wooli bowls club and Chinese Restaurant are only a few minutes walk from the house. There is a pub on the way into Wooli that serves the usual (and very good) pub food.
