The beach itself invites for surfing, swimming, walks or just relaxing. You may take your dog for a walk down the beach.

This is not your average cramped Beach House - you will have plenty of space and then a bit more! (read guest comment). Come in and enjoy all new high quality furnishings and great comforts. Drive in and park at the double lock-up garage. Enter the house and be greeted by a large living room with flatscreen 50"TV, DVD (plays all regions) and a kids play corner. Use a/c or the ceiling fants to keep cool.

From there, through to the entertainers kitchen (incl. dishwasher) and dining room with all the gadgets you need to create a gourmet meal if you so desire. Another corner for the kids to play and equally, this room has a/c & fans. You will appreciate the direct access from there to the undercover outdoor entertaining area, complete with BBQ and outdoor dining setting for 8. The outdoor entertaining area is fully enclosed.

The master bedroom with ensuite and WIR has a queen bed. 2 bedrooms each have 2 single beds and built in robes. The 4th bedroom contains another queen bed. All bedrooms have ceiling fans. The main bathroom with shower and bath and a seperate toilet and the laundry is equipped with front loading washing machine and dryer.

You also find a small liberary with books and a few CD's and DVD's available for your use.

It's a 10 minute walk to all the facilities of Pottsville, including estuary, playground, shopping, and restaurants & the bowling club. What more could you want?

Pets are welcome by prior arrangement against a nominal fee, we ask our guest to observe and adhere to the strict outdoor policy for all pets. There are plenty of undercover areas in the fully fenced yard for your pets to feel comfortable at night.
