MINNIE WATER is a beachside village surrounded by the beauty of flora and fauna in the Yuraygir National Park and the sandy beaches and water wonderland of the Pacific Ocean. The safe swimming beach is accessible by vehicle and lifeguards are on duty during holiday periods. There is excellent ocean access by boats from the natural Minnie Water bay lagoon, which is also a haven for families snorkelling, rock hopping, fishing and swimming. Great surfing with a variety of beaches and conditions to choose from. The Yuraygir National Park caters for the bush walker and photographer with walking tracks around the headland, picnic spots and lookouts. Whales can be spotted frolicking on their migration and dolphins often play in the waves.
Access is available to Diggers Camp, Back Beach as well as Sandon River Village for a fish, swim or boating via the 7 mile Sandon Beach, with plenty of fishing spots along the way.

'Mininara' is a two bedroom ground floor unit, which sleeps 6 comfortably: Main bedroom with double bed and second bedroom with two sets of double bunks. There is one bathroom with large shower, toilet, vanity and laundry facilities. There is a fully functional kitchen with stoveoven, microwave, large fridge, pantry and fully equipped. The lounge consists of two 2 seater couches, TV, DVD player, bookshelf with plenty of reading material. The dining area consists of a 6 seater setting. Outside is a fully fenced yard with BBQ and outdoor dining facilities surrounded by maintained gardens. Pets are welcome, on approval by Management. The unit is fully tiled in fresh modern, easy clean tiles and has a modern beachy decor. A short 4 minute walk from the unit will have you on the golden sands of the main beach, or you can drive onto it if you wish. There is off street parking for your vehicle and table tennisbasketball hoop to keep the kids happy.
