Beach Escape is a two bedroom, ground level unit situated in the quiet, up-market, beach side suburb of Brinkin. Recently renovated in tasteful modern colours and fitted with comfortable, luxurious furniture and fittings.

Beach Escape has two large bedrooms, and one main bathroom, and is able to accommodate up to 4 Adults and 2-3 children using existing bedding. Bedding configuration includes one Queen Bed and two single beds that can be converted to a king size bed, we also have childrens flip out sofa's available on request. Quality linen is provided for your stay, as well as quality bathroom towels and beach towels.
All bedrooms and internal living areas are air-conditioned with separate temperature controls for each room.

We do except 1-4 night bookings, but they attract a higher rate:

2 nights $350 pnt
3 nights $300 pnt
4 nights $200 pnt
4 night bookings $250 pnt (June - July)
Bookings 5 nts and over - standard rates apply.

Beach Escape features a fully equipped kitchen including: electric oven and cook top, fridge, microwave and some small appliances. There is also a utility cupboard, where you will find the ironing board, iron, vacuum cleaner, mop and bucket.

There is an external undercover laundry, fitted with a washing machine and sink. There are two large clothes lines fitted at the back wall, out of sight.

The open plan lounge area features quality, comfortable modern furniture with a 32" LCD TV.
Austar Entertainment and ADSL Broadband Wireless Internet also available free of charge. There are DVD packs for adults and children also available upon request.

The outdoor alfresco dining setting is comfortably seat 6.

There is undercover parking for one vehicle, with extra parking available in the visitor parking, there is also a cupboard in the laundry with fishing reels and basic tackle box included
