The 4 bedroom house is fully self-contained, sleeps 8 comfortably and has sweeping views from all rooms.

There are 3 bedrooms each with a Queen bed and another bedroom containing 2 single beds which can be clipped together to form a King bed if preferred. All beds are fitted with electric blankets, crisp white linen, woollen duvets and 4 pillows. There are also oil heaters in each of the bedrooms and overhead ceiling fans.

The bedrooms are serviced by 2 bathrooms (1 is a 2-way en-suite) with shower and separate bath.

The living areas of the house have cathedral ceilings, 2 fireplaces, overhead ceiling fans and large picture windows from which you can view the distant escarpment and rolling hills.

There are comfortable leather sofas and arm chairs to seat 8, country style dining setting for 8 and kitchen bar stools.

The living room also houses the satellite TV, video, DVD and CD player and the library of CDs (over 130), videos, DVDs and books as well as numerous Board Games.

If you prefer the great outdoors, you can swing in one of the four hammocks or sit in one of the rocking chairs on the wrap-around verandahs and look out for kangaroos and echidnas or just wile away the time with a book from our library. If you like activity, there is pole tennis to play, bikes to ride or a football to kick.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern European appliances (including dishwasher and microwave), quality pots and pans, utensils, crockery and cutlery. In addition we have installed an Espresso coffee machine so that you can make your own professional standard cappucinos and espresso coffees.

For al fresco dining there is a 7 burner BBQ and outdoor table with market umbrella as well as tables and chairs on the verandah.
